Feeling My Mind & Body
I wish so bad, that someone knowledgable of the specifics had given me FULL-BLOWN WRITTEN DETAILS on the fixing of this Freakin' foreclosure house, that needs so much god-forsaken work!!!
Plus, when it's done, it'll just be sold, so we can get a two-story house that allows me to wake-up my mind & really feel my mind & body!!! Besides feeling the pain of my feet & looseness of my Hips & Upper-back!!!!!!
Physical therapy won't help, since I'll be coming back & waking-up to the same old-shit!!!!!!
I need those stairs to stretch my achilles tendon and lengthen my hamstring, which get more blood circulating in my legs!!!!!!!! Flat surfaces don't do it!!!!!!!
*******So Very Often, I pound my thoughts w/the words:
Allows, Let's, Permits, Enables & Positive thought. I'm trying, but I can't help it, if I know my body needs, more than other people!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I agreed to this one-single story, since it was agreed upon, that we could get the bad rooms fixed, previous to moving in!!!!!!!! It didn't work out that way!
I also agreed to let my mother have the Townhouse, that she bought from me remodeled first, because she wanted to get it rented to get it out of the way, mainly so she could start making money, since she forgot that she said, we could rent it from her, until we found the right place, but I was so influenced from GUILT, that I said yes to this one-single story knowing that it would destroy my progress and I kept thinking,
"Well, "they: my mother: who assumed that I would feel okay being, so close to the Spa & that being without the second story would be okay just find-out when we move t*..................
*******SHIT, ACCIDENTALLY HIT THE WRONG KEY & WELL.............
*****The above anger/frustration, blaming myself, thinking seriously of takin' the knife to my wrist, after I spoke w/her this afternoon & I made the mistake of asking her about her tenants, that are renting the townhouse she bought from us-my husband & I.
I honestly know that my mother didn't realize Santa Cruz property complexes are so very different than Carmel!
Plus, I offerred to help, but she insisted that, that's not the way she "runs" her tenants. I think she's afraid of me turning them off, since she's claiming that other lookers complained about the smoke smell.
There's ways to fix that & we---my husband & I didn't smoke in there when she bought it from us!
I'd spray perfume over myself, if she asked me to help her!
