Up-to-no-Good

I really hate this Fuck in'/ fixer-Upper! I seem to look good on the outside, but my inner feelings are not good!!!
Wish I had a million dollars ir at least a 1/4 of a million to buy a two-story & fit all the "lovely" property taxes in there too!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I DO NOT WANT TO LEAVE SANTA CRUZ!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
